yo... i know disappeared for quite some time already, again. so ladies and gentlemen, without further adieu, let us welcome.... a group of photos... haha.

H1N1

this scary virus is conquering almost whole Malaysia. few universities had declared closing previous week. monday, upm closed and all students had to pack and roll back home immediately. tuesday, all students from ukm medic campus at titiwangsa were quarantined in their college for one whole week. wednesday, usm closed. same case as upm. the week before last week, we also heard that uum and upsi faced the same situation. well.... am i consider lucky, that at least i'm still schooling like usual? H1N1 is becoming the top hot issue discussed among us, and we are all wondering when is um's turn to announce closing. though it's almost a fact that it will SOON reach us, i'm not looking forward to that news at all. come on... it's not that we're getting another extra one-week holiday. they just bring forward our mid sem break. few of my mid sem exam are just right after the mid sem break, so at least we have something like study week before the test. IF we have to start holiday earlier, lesser time to prepare already. zzz....

went to pikom pc fair at klcc with papa and mummy and gor gor this noon. brave enough, none of us wear mask. in fact, less than 20% of the fair isitors wear mask. and i'm quite surprise that the crowd at pc fair is still as many as all previous pc fair. i thought the condition is getting worse? hmmph... do malaysians really lack of the kind of self-protecting awareness that make it seems like there's no need to take some precaution on this 'crisis'? well well well... of course, everyone hope this virus will go away quickly. so, pray hard. hehe.

ohya, say about pc fair. i would like to announce something out of topic. haha. finally bought my new laptop. round and round and round, still go back to acer. aspire 4937. actually i have no knowledge at all about laptop thingy. what RAM la, processor la, graphic card la... haha. it's all crappy for me. what i know is just... "oh, my senior said this is better." "e... my cousin says this braand not good worr." "bro says this one not bad"... zzz... end up got this acer back home. quite satisfy with the outside look and inside specs la. hehe. i'm updating this post using my new lappy. :P

just first month at UM, my schedule is getting extremely pack already. both academic and project organizing. joined 2 projects from UMAC (UM Accounting Club). 1.masc (malaysian accounting students convention) is a mega project, gonna dominate my time table until december. 2. charity project is lighter, but still quite busy. the event is on october. while on academic part. lol. i''m aiming for DEAN list. means getting a pointer of 3.7 and above. all seniors say not easy. generally only 5-8 out of 200+ students succeed to squeeze themselves in the list. the case here is, hardworking is not equal to dean list. this is what makes me worry. wow... VERY challenging challege. hope i can manage to achieve my goal.

seniors gave me a 'philosophy' to keep in mind for being an UM accountancy student.

was quite busy in the first week of university life. went into debate competition. i guess nobody can imagine that i was in a debate team. what is more, i was in MALAY debate team. Zzz... someone who has no at all experiences, no at all talent, was in a debate team, as representative of my residential college. haha. but that's not a big deal anyway, because it was just one of the programme under orientation week. but i was still nervous! during the preparation, our penyelia kolej warned us,"kalau tarik diri akan dibunuh, kalau kalah akan dibuang kolej"... so at last... as expected... after the competition... we were asked to pack our luggage that day itself. sobs. that's why i'm at home online-ing writing blog now lo. haihz...

lol. sampat. anyway, some photos of our 1st-time-debate-team will be upload up here as soon as i bluetooth the photos from my senior and friend.

besides the scary debate thingy, UMAC (university of malaya accounting club) had prepared an activity for my course mates also. it's called the I-week. in other words, seniors-juniors interaction week. i didn't manage to join the full programme because of debate competition. quite a regret for me, but what to do, i have no other choice when these two important event clashed. but still, i enjoyed myself pretty well in there. (exception when during all the talks...) photos of that... i'm not so sure whether i can get it from seniors or not, but i'll try. hehe.

came back home from college this early in the morning. went back to pedas visit grandparents. it has been almost 3 weeks since i last go back to pedas. miss 阿公 and 阿女麻 very much ler... accompany grandpa to our fruits farm this evening. for what? haha. feed mosquitoes la. you know, besides durians and rambutan and mangosteen and duku langsat and longkong and cempedak and trees and grass and rivers... mosquitoes are ubiquitous in this place wert. nice experience though ^.^

kakak climbed up to a tree and collect this full pail of "malaysia's grapes". impressed! :)

duku langsat...i think. duku langsat and longkong are hard to differentiate okay...

Happy belated BUrBday

opps... i left out an important post the day before yesterday. it was uncle yap's (bercik) big day on 21st june. well, not just father's day, it was also his birthday. ber jim herself not so remember it until bercik reminded all of us at ahma's house. haha. sorry for that! >.<

this is where i will be in for the next 4 years...

for those who haven't know, but i guess everyone had already knew, kaiwei got the offer in Universiti Malaya. i'm doing degree in accountancy. there will be a total of 8 semester until i accomplish the whole course, which is going to take me 4 years time. duh... 3 years in kindergarten, 5 years in primary, 5 years in secondary, 1 year in matriculation...and another 4 years awaiting in university. with just a glimpse of eye you guys are going to see me in my graduation ceremony. time is tick-tock-ing faster nowadays. lol. so far i am quite excited and looking forward for my new page of life in UM, being a 大学生, and i hope i can manage myself to behave like a 大学生 as well. though i can't control myself from still having the kiddy look.

received a stack of thick offer letter from UM authority, with loads of forms and guide-booklets inside. before this i stupid-ly thought i just need to buy all my daily needs and get myself mentally ready to start a brand new life in UM this coming sunday. i didn't know i have to prepare all sorts of things like doing medical checkup, x-ray, fill in tonnes of dont-know-what-are-they forms, take nerrdy passport photos, get certifications for this and that, and etc etc etc... Huuu...what a nuisance.

anyway, i hope everything will take place smooth and nice and interesting after i bang myself into the big big old old campus. wish me luck people! UM, here i come! ^^

Happy Papa's Day, again

did i mentioned that i want no more last minute work for the following days and months and years? well, i broke my words. haha. it seems like i had hooked up to a bad habit: sleepless night on every eve of any special events.

the idea of this gift was lingering on my mind over the previous weeks, ever since i was screwing up my brain for mummy's day present. brilliant-est idea without action=zero. until... yeah, last night. since i had once again (and many more again coming over) postpone my whatever brilliant idea until the very very last minute, i expect just a simple wishing card like what i did on mother's day. and then... lol. i don't know. maybe i was out of my mind. haha.

to be exact, the photo vase is for both mummy and papa. hope it does make itself a nice decoration in our home :D

here are the 2 little last-minute-gift-makers and our gift recipient. thanks didi for helping me, though you really did looked sleepy that time. *touchy tears falling*
